SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

  • Demonstrated customer service skills in dealing with a diverse constituency through a variety of media.
  • Demonstrated ability in data entry and database management, including creating mail merge letters, running reports,
  • Demonstrated ability to work well independently or on a team, always showing respect for the diverse constituencies at GFWC and within its membership
  • Excellent member/customer service and interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
  • Flexibility in adapting work capacity to the needs of the office
  • Enthusiasm for volunteer service and an interest in community development initiatives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Internet research tools
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities is essential

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Ongoing access to computer and internet/email
  • Excellent interpersonal and excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills required.
  • Demonstrated experience working with association management/membership database preferred.

TIME COMMITMENT
5-6 hours a week
