SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES
- Demonstrated customer service skills in dealing with a diverse constituency through a variety of media.
- Demonstrated ability in data entry and database management, including creating mail merge letters, running reports,
- Demonstrated ability to work well independently or on a team, always showing respect for the diverse constituencies at GFWC and within its membership
- Excellent member/customer service and interpersonal, verbal, and written skills
- Flexibility in adapting work capacity to the needs of the office
- Enthusiasm for volunteer service and an interest in community development initiatives
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Internet research tools
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and juggle multiple priorities is essential
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Ongoing access to computer and internet/email
- Excellent interpersonal and excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills required.
- Demonstrated experience working with association management/membership database preferred.
TIME COMMITMENT
5-6 hours a week
